Analysis Agents: faster, smarter, more precise

A new agent-based approach now powers PDF import, wholesale analysis, and working hours, the biggest overhaul in this area so far.

PDF Import

The PDF import has been completely rebuilt. A new import agent automatically reads out quotes and writes structured notes about them. The import now works for both bills of quantities and quotes and is significantly more precise.

Wholesale Analysis

The quote analysis now has web search - providing more accurate answers and even searching for linked PDFs (e.g. technical specifications).

• The threshold for "inaccurate" has been relaxed.

• The price comparison now supports multiple quotes per wholesaler instead of just one.

• Analysis per supplier as well as total number of positions and material positions on the supplier quotes page.

• All alternative products are taken into account and listed correctly.

Working Hours

The calculation of working hours now runs through the same new agent-based approach. This makes the results more stable and easier to follow, especially for larger analyses with many intermediate steps.

Drag-and-Drop Import for Supplier Quotes

Material and subcontractor quotes can now be imported via drag & drop. The PDF import has been rebuilt from scratch. A new import agent automatically reads quotes and writes structured notes about them.

The quote analysis now includes context search and web search, as well as short keywords for imprecise or incomplete line items. Confidence is now displayed as a percentage value instead of a label, and the threshold for "imprecise" has been relaxed.

Price Comparison and Supplier Selection

• The price comparison now supports multiple quotes per wholesaler instead of just one.

• New quick views and selection in the supplier price comparison, along with better visibility of the best price.

• Analysis per supplier, as well as the total number of line items and material line items on the supplier quotes page.

Material Overview

• All quotes can be uploaded in a single step.

• Material alternatives are now grouped by wholesaler quote.

• Manual supplier catalog search directly in the material table.

• "Unassigned" materials and "To be filled in by bidder" have been revised.

Interface and Navigation

• Icons have been updated.

• New empty Inbox page above Projects in the sidebar.

• The members page is now part of the organization settings.

• Risk layout and design revised, the calculation overview is now called "Calculation Draft".
